The Place That Is Everywhere And Nowhere is a mysterious and omnipresent location that is filled with an infinite number of doors that lead to any location, at any time and any place, and lead to any beings or entities.

Description[]

According to Hanako, the place is neither a location in the, or is the Near Shore, nor is it a location in the, or is the Far Shore. Nor is it any of the boundaries that were previously visited or have not been visited at all. Hanako instead describes the location as a place that's "Both nowhere and everywhere", and that the doors that are present in the mysterious location can lead to anywhere, be it any time period in the past or future, or any other location. He also describes it as a type of location that is an "annoying place"

As implied by its nature, The Place That Is Everywhere And Nowhere can be considered Omnipresent.

History[]

Following the Tea Party, Yugi Tsukasa and Nanamine Sakura had both Yashiro Nene and Hyuuga Natsuhiko locked up in chairs to be drowned by the waters from the Tea Party Boundary. But instead of outright drowning them both to death, they end up on the mysterious place. When Yashiro woke up, she was shocked to see Natsuhiko and even thought about having a kiss with him, later shrugging it out due to also realizing that he is a member of the Broadcasting Club, and thus is supicious.

Yashiro, then wondered where she was, and initially concluded that the location she ended up in was a Boundary, but was surprised to see that there is no level of water in the location. She also notices some Mokke in one of the doors. Some of them later join her and Natsuhiko on their adventure. Soon, a voice that is familiar corrects her and says that the location isn't a boundary after all.

Recognizing the voice as Hanako's, she initially thought that he was actually present in the location, but is revealed later that it's actually just a radio outputting his voice, with Hanako himself calling from the comfort room where his boundary is located. Said radio is also being carried by a Mokke. Hanako then chides Yashiro for her misfortunes despite being his assistant, while she defended herself and clarified some things, like that she enjoyed the party's desserts despite the trickery the Broadcasting Club were pulling off. Then she ended up apologizing for being tricked by them in the first place.

Through the radio, Hanako explains that the location they ended up in isn't either the Near Shore, the Far Shore, or any of the boundaries. Instead, it is a place that is nowhere and everywhere, and so can take anyone in it anywhere, while describing it as a kind of "annoying place". Hanako also explains that he has sent one of his Hakujoudai to search for her, but due to the location's immense and infinite nature, it would take a lot of effort to search for her, and so asks Yashiro to find a "familiar" door admist a sea of doors that leads to anywhere, some of them very dangerous places. But before he could give more instructions to Yashiro, the radio signal fades and becomes static, until the signal was disconnected, preventing Yashiro from hearing Hanako's voice any further.

With only the instruction to find and open a door that looks familiar, Yashiro and Natsuhiko began to search for any doors that seem familiar, but Natsuhiko attempts to show his bravado as a "Senpai" and disregards Yashiro's advice by opening the first door that he sees. They see a gigantic jack-in-the-box like being, and then after feeling a bit awkward with the being, Natsuhiko closes the door and pretended that it never happened.

Once again, Natsuhiko shows his bravado and opens the second door they see, only to get squashed by a flood of Mokke. The third door they enter shows a room with extremely hot liquid, and a skeleton doing a "thumbs-up" (Clearly a Terminator reference, even the Anime has the skeleton saying "I'll be back"). The fourth door they open leads to pure fire, that incinerates Natsuhiko greatly and makes him conclude to proceed with caution for the next doors. After walking for a while and admitting that he only gets like that around cute girls, Natsuhiko opens a fifth door despite promising to be cautious, and gets sucked by a large chameleon-like being as a result. He even gets a few smaller chameleon-like beings on him afterwards.

Yashiro asks Natsuhiko on why he is still so confident and not worried despite their predicament, and despite Sakura betraying him. He explains that Sakura expresses her love in ways like this, and that the reson for his predicament is because Sakura wanted to put him in a "Trial of Love". Soon afterwards, the jack-in-the-box being from the first door emerges from another door, and sucks Natsuhiko in it. Natsuhiko is thus separated from Yashiro, but not before giving a thumbs up, and saying "Good Luck". The door, then slams, separating Natsuhiko from Yashiro for good.

Now left alone, Yashiro is determined to not let Natsuhiko's sacrifice be in vain (And that he'll be fine in the end, despite what he's undergoing), but she does not want to just open any door like how Natsuhiko did it, and she hoped that there would be clues to help her find the right door. Just then, she hears familiar sounds coming from one of the doors, and then later on hearing music. She follows the music to a door and opens it, only to find a scary face behind the door, which scares her. She then rightfully concludes that it's a wrong door, though the music she heard coming from it was familiar.

Just then, the Mokke were gathering around a Door, and she followed them through it. The Mokke also told her to go around that door, and when she did, she recognized that the other side of that door is actually a door that leads to a classroom in Kamome Gakuen. When she opened the door, she emerged in a classroom in Kamome Gakuen at dusk, in the year 1969. and then wondered around the classroom. Upon finding out that she ended up in the classroom, she jumped for joy and screamed loudly at her safe passage.

While she jumped for joy, she heard a sound, and then she stumbled upon the young Yugi Amane. She saw that he was injured and tried to tend to his wounds and even saw that he was crying. When she asked him why he was crying, he did not answer her question but instead ran off while saying goodbye. Amane's rocket keychain then fell from his bag, and Yashiro saw it. She grabbed it and then tried to run after Amane to tell him about the rocket keychain that he dropped, but he was far too fast for her to catch. And before she can continue to chase after him, the Hakujoudai that was sent to look for Yashiro found her, and then brought her back to the present, all the while Yashiro called out Amane's name in vain.

And thus ended Yashiro Nene (And Hyuuga Natsuhiko)'s adventures in the mysterious location that is The Place That Is Everywhere And Nowhere.

Trivia[]

  • The Place That Is Everywhere And Nowhere is not just the only place wherein one can access any point in time and space. Yako's Boundary following her rumor being changed, the Elevator Gap and the Red House (Particularly its well) are other places that are capable of bringing one to any point in time and space as well.
    • As evidenced by Yashiro Nene stumbling upon a younger Yugi Amane, and Hanako's description of the place earlier, The Place That Is Everywhere And Nowhere allows one to travel through time, making it yet another method by which one can travel through time in the series, aside from being a Clock Keeper, having their Yorishiro and utilizing it at The Sealed Auditorium's Big Clock, or getting accidentally trampled at a ghostly Star Festival.
