Picture Perfect is the eleventh story arc of Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun.
Synopsis[]
Yashiro Nene and Kou go to school the next day to find that both Mitsuba and Hanako are human and are attending class along with them. They find out what it would be like if Mitsuba and Hanako were not dead and got to live alongside them.
They eventually meet Shijima Mei, the artist and creator of this world, they ask for her to bring them back. She gives them a short answer to their question: Kill the main characters of this world, Mitsuba and Hanako, and they will be permitted to go back to their current reality but if not, they will stay there in the fictional world and forget all about their previous life.
