Relationships[]

Kako[]

As the oldest among the Clock Keepers, Kako acts as their de facto leader. Mirai seems to be close to Kako, and worked with him to recruit Akane as one of the Clock Keepers, by using her powers to stage Aoi's near-accident while Kako spoke to Akane. To prevent Mirai from using her powers, Kako usually keeps Mirai in their boundary, though she escaped from him once, triggering the events of the Clock Keepers Arc.

Aoi Akane[]

Akane does work for Mirai and Kako under his contract with the Clock Keepers. As Mirai appears not to have a name, Akane calls her Mirai (literally meaning "future" in Japanese), and Mirai also uses this name to refer to herself. Despite Akane's generally negative attitude towards supernaturals, his relationship with Mirai appears to be somewhat like a frustrated elder sibling with a mischievous younger sibling. Mirai also cheers Akane on when he flips Hanako over his shoulder.

Yashiro Nene[]

Before Mirai let herself get obediently captured, she decides to use her power on Nene as her last victim. But instead of the usual circumstances, Nene collapses onto the floor until Hanako-kun quickly catches her. Mirai questions if Nene actually has no time left, to which he reveals that Nene was due to pass away in less than a year.
