Katakuri (カタクリ Katakuri?) is a supernatural who first appeared in Chapter 80 after rescuing Nene from the deceased Kannagi people. In life, he was a Kannagi despite being a man, an exception made due to the shortage of Akane females fit to be Kannagi in his time.
Appearance[]
Katakuri is an adult male with blue hair. His hair is styled where the side parts of his hair are longer than the rest of his hair. He has deep blue eyes with soft pupils. His outfits consists of white and red a women’s yukata, and blue hakama due to him being a kannagi. He carries around what appears to be a tantō-like weapon.
Personality[]
Katakuri seems to be very calm and kind, as shown when he helps Nene when she was attacked by the cursed kannagi spirits, and after bring her to the exit of the mysterious abyss cavern, without ask or wait for anything in exchange. When he was alive he was shown as a very curious and adventurous person that wanted to travel the world to meet and see the most beautiful and different places around the world.
